We're proud to serve as Dreamscape's 24/7 Help Desk and technical support for all their locations worldwide.
Our partnership began in 2018, when we helped open their very first location at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. Since then, we've been there for every new opening across the U.S. and internationally. configuring VR tracking, haptics, Q-SYS audio routing, signage, and point-of-sale systems from day one.
If you haven't experienced Dreamscape, you're missing out. We've seen plenty of VR pop-ups in the theme park industry. underfunded and, frankly, a bit cheesy. Dreamscape is in a league of its own. When we first tried their "Alien Zoo" experience, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the feeling of genuinely being transported to another world.
After each store opens, we continue providing maintenance visits throughout the year. checking hardware, calibrating systems, updating marketing materials, and keeping everything running at peak performance. Our remote Help Desk has direct access to Dreamscape's systems, allowing us to fix technical issues remotely. sometimes within minutes.



One of Dreamscape's most exciting experiences launched inside the Harry Potter Store in New York City. Guests don VR backpacks and headsets, then step into Hogwarts. complete with wind in the hallways, shaking staircases, and water spray near the lake. It's a full-body immersive experience that goes far beyond what a headset alone can deliver.
We were there for the technical setup, and we continue to support the experience through our 24/7 Help Desk. keeping the magic running for hundreds of guests every day.
